How to tell them apart
The flags of Iceland and Sweden are both Nordic crosses, with the upright set towards the hoist, so they’re easy to mix up at a glance. This is what gives each one away:
- Both have blue fields, so look at the cross.
- Iceland's cross is red edged in white; Sweden's is plain yellow.
