Tell them apart
Cameroon vs Senegal flag
How to tell them apart
The flags of Cameroon and Senegal are both pan-African vertical tricolours of green, yellow and red, so they’re easy to mix up at a glance. This is what gives each one away:
- Cameroon's centre band is red with a yellow star; Senegal's is yellow with a green star.
- Both start with green at the hoist, but Cameroon ends in yellow and Senegal in red.
