Tell them apart
Ivory Coast vs Ireland flag
How to tell them apart
The flags of Ivory Coast and Ireland are both vertical tricolours of green, white and orange, so they’re easy to mix up at a glance. This is what gives each one away:
- Ireland has green at the hoist, next to the pole; Ivory Coast has orange there.
- Ireland's flag is longer: 1:2, against Ivory Coast's 2:3.
